Box office open 7 days (May 26--August 31)*

Performance days: 10am to curtain time of evening show.
Non-performance days:10am to 6pm, except Mon, 10am to 3pm.
*Outside of above dates, box office open M--F, 10am to 5pm, except performance days: 10am to curtain time of evening show.
All other times use BSC box office: just off North St., 30 Union St. in Pittsfield.

BSC has a no refund/no exchange policy. Tickets cannot be reserved without payment. Prior to June 1, tickets will be mailed to you upon request; otherwise, they will be held at the box office. After June 1 all ticket orders will be held at the box office.

Special Needs

Assisted hearing devices available for MainStage performances: please reserve early--quantities limited. MainStage and Stage II are handicap accessible: please notify us if you require wheelchair seating when booking (48 hour advance notice greatly appreciated).
